Guy broke up w/GF 1-1/2 wks ago due to feeling neglected & spark gone, agrees to meet with exGF Friday for exGF to give his son bday gift from day b4 break up. ExGF had offered to drop gift at daycare but he suggests meeting up. Why meet in person?
And dropping at the daycare is not an issue. We both used to use the same daycare and I am friends wit hte director, so it wouldn’t have been odd to have it dropped there.

More convenient and doesn’t involve outsiders and their inevitable questions and looks in the situation.
Obviously is hoping that the "GF" will show him some attention at the meeting!
