I cant really defend myself.
I had the most wonderful sweet perfect gf for nearly 5 months.
But I needed a loan to keep my whole business alive.
I have a son to support
I decided to keep seeing my older rich ex gf in hopes she would lend me money
she did but unfortunately my dreamgirl gf found out
and worse i lied to her about seeing my ex and she was too smart for it
so she broke up with me
but then week later said she loved me and believed in forgiveness.
so we started slowly talking again. 2 weeks wnet by and my business is now doing amazing. if i hadnt had the loan from my exgf i would be under water.
i also ran into another girl i used to date long ago.
at the same time my exgf said she wanted to try again and believed in me.
so here it is a month later and i told my exgf i wanted to see her this weekend to talk and go out together.
she agreed
i told her i would call her friday
i didnt.
i ran into my exgf from long ago and it felt fated.
so we went out tonight and it was okay.
but not fireworks.
now my exgf texted me and sent me an email
she said simply that she thought i said i wanted to see her this weekend and that she is confused and hurt and cancelled out of town plans for memorial day because she thought it was more important to see me and missed me.
she said she is sad and feels like giving up on trying.

did i screw up by telling her i would see her this weekend and not calling her yesterday ??

we still have Sunday.

why is she so upset now ?

im a senior is high school now, and i miss him a lot! i know there is a chance that he may go to college and come back for thanksgiving a completely changed person.. and this depresses me because i dont want to grow apart… we have loose plans to get back together…

in the meantime, we are going to keep in touch via email and phone calls. one one hand, i dont want to be that stalker exgf that alwyas calls and responds to emails the very next day. on the other hand, i dotn want to be so distant that he forgets about me

i guess what im saying is, i dont know how to approach our new relationship. what are soem ways to keep him ensnared in my charm and still want to give things a try later on?

ps im not usually one for mind games but if that ignoring thing really works…lemme know! thanks.

My exgf broke up with me like one and a half month ago. She’s moved on and has a bf but she still misses me. I still love her and miss her a lot. We are in the same class but we haven’t talked to each other since the first day of school (which is also the day she dumped me). So for a few days after we split, i’ve tried to ask her to come back but she said no and i’ve told her that i miss her and love her so much. Then after that i stopped. When we were together, i’ve asked her if she missed her ex-bfs and she honestly said no. But in my case, she misses me. Is that a good sign or what? Should i write her a poem and send it to her email or not, just to let her know of my feelings? Adding to the problem, we’re a les couple and the main reason she dumped is coz she’s scared of not being accepted by society. I’m just worried that she’ll hate me if i send her a love poem. So please help me!!

Hello all,

My ex and I (of 4 years) broke up in Nov of last year because of his constant cheating (cheated 3 times with the same girl). When i wanted to leave after the 1st and 2nd time he cheated, he BEGGED me not to leave and said he wanna make things work. What boggles my mind is that the 3rd time i caught him (i called the girl he was cheating on me with and found out he was out with her…again)…HE, of all people decides to "throw me under the bus" and says he doesnt wanna be with me anymore…after all those times i took him back!!! He says he wanna make things work with that "other girl" and he basically left me in the dust.
Its been almost a year now and im starting to notice that he would send little IMs here and there and sometimes a short email to "see how im doing". What im thinkin to do is nibble at this bate but flip the script and PLAY his ass like he did me!!! I seriously think once i get him back for what he’s done, I’ll finally be satisfied…any suggestions???

I am going through a divorce. At the beginning I met this guy through my then husband, the guy was nice to me and sort of enlightened me to how bad my relationship with my husband was. I am attracted to this person although overall I just took his behavior towards as being nice; I mean I had to right? because he has a GF. When I announced that I was getting a divorce on a social network he was one of the first respondents. Due to this I let him know about a bunch of details that he probably didn’t need to know about as I was caught up in the moment. Later my ex-mother-in-law found out about my attraction to him and sent him a mean email. He got mad at me and called me crazy etc. I tried to explain to him that I was not trying to interfere in his relationship I did not expect my ex-mother-in-law to do that and I apologized and told him even more details he didn’t ask for.

After a few months he seemed to have accepted it and became my friend again on a social network. A few days later he was no longer my friend again as seeing me talk about my ex (in a positive way) made him uncomfortable. So once again I told him more details about things going on or that happened because I am getting this vibe that he is blaming himself for the fall out of my relationship even though it was doomed anyhow. He apologized if his action offended me. Mind you I have been caught up in my emotions regarding life stuff and I emailed him some more about how my relationship with my ex was doomed anyhow and how the end really had nothing to do with him. I most likely said things that hurt him at one point I described how I might have used him to get back at my ex. I apologized again after this and sort of threw out a hand if he ever needed anyone to talk to because it seems to me he doesn’t know what he wants either. One minute he is my friend next he isn’t and I deliberately asked him to tell me if he did not want me contacting him. He did not necessarily accept the apology, did not tell me he didn’t want me contacting him although said he got the support he needed from his GF and ended the email with a snotty remark….

After this apology about every month or so I sent him a simple email just testing the water. You know "What’s going on? " etc. No response.

Personally, I am moving through a transitional time right now and really wanted this resolved and would like a truce so I sent him another email apologizing again and asking for a truce. He responded I would say negatively. He said that the most important relationship to him is the one with my ex (would have been nice if he felt that way while he was hitting on me on the internet), essentially called me crazy and told me to quit reaching out to him. In the end I feel he blew up at my apology and rejected it.

What does this mean? why did he respond that way? why couldn’t he accept my apology and agree to a truce? I was not asking for an actual friendships just a moving forward kind of truce….what is up with that?

Hi There!
I’ve been dating this gentleman for 2 months now.I’ve really fallen for him as he claims to have done for me. Everything is going swimmingly, that is with the exception of his exgirlfriend.

They broke up several months back and evidently she went and got pregnant by some dude who took off on her. She has been calling my Boyfriend when he is with me every half hour on the hour up past 4am even! He had it out with her on the phone so bad he had to walk away from me and he was really upset. She is giving him a headache and I am giving him one moaning about how she needs to move on with her life as there is not room for 3 in our relationship if he wants to move on with me. Another thing that annoys me is that she has a photo of her kissign him on her MySpace profile as her main image. I feel so dishonored! The problem is that my boyfriend offered to help her out where the guy took off on her. That is nice and all, but I think he should draw the line with her and decide if he wants his past or his future with me. I try to talk to him about it, but he does not want to discuss it as it annoys him. Finally yesterday, I broke down and cried over it. I called him up, still crying and left him a msg. He didn’t answer so I asked him to call me back and that I needed to get something off my chest. He called me back, but I missed his call. I sent him an email telling him how much I loved him and that I want to grow this relationship with him, but not as "the other woman". I feel he needs to set limits with her, if not cut her off all together. I also said that this situation makes me feel VERY uncomfortable and is stressful for me as I don’t feel like the only person in his life. I mean it makes me just want to shut down and stop spoiling him and being close with him.

If I got pregnant out of wedlock and the guy left me, I’d have only myself to turn to. Why is it that he is the first person she turned to? Why is he responsive to her? BTW she is pregnant wtih twins.

What do you think I should do? Am I dealing with this wrong?

I am a successful executive. I can support myself and everyone else and I can’t believe I am dealing with this when in any other situation I would be out of the door so fast! I must really love this guy.

Please answer. I need someone to check my sanity!
