I still have feelings for my exgf who i broken off a couple of months back. Apparently I realized that I haven’t gotten over her.

I left my exgf because she was controlling and we fought a lot, she said she was caring. I left her for a girl that is sweet. But things aren’t the same and I miss her sometimes. I dont want to leave the new girl because i’ll hurt her, because I didn’t take everything slow after a breakup with my last. she’s sweet, but just not the same.

I badly need some advice on my situation. I recently realized that I do still have feelings for my ex. We have a child together. We have not really been a “couple” for some time now, though we still lived together since financially it made sense, and it was better for our child. This summer he moved out though, and though he wasn’t trying to find someone to date, he met someone and they are seeing each other and really like each other. In the time we have spent living apart, I have done a lot of thinking and realized how badly I treated him and a lot of areas where I went wrong. It wasn’t all me, but I can now admit to the problems I had and how stubborn I was. I can see how I need to change. With that realization also came the realization that I still have feelings for my ex. I thought things were over and that I could move on, but obviously that isn’t the case. I’m shocked to discover how I feel, I really didn’t think I would feel this way. It’s also really bad timing, because now he is seeing someone else. I have told him how I feel, and he listened to what I had to say. But, he said he felt that things were over between us a long time ago, which is why he moved on. We both said hurtful things and argued and thought that it was over back then. He really likes this new girl and would like to see where things go with that relationship. I can’t really argue with that, because I pushed him away, things were over, and he had every right to find someone else. I think that if he wasn’t seeing this girl he would maybe be more open to what I was saying, but the fact that he is in another relationship really complicates things. I’m really confused about how I feel and what I should do. Do I wait to see if his new relationship lasts? What can I do to win him back? I don’t know if I have any chance, and I certainly know I don’t deserve one. Has anyone else been in this situation that can offer some advice?

Can anyone here please clue me in on how you can get an ex boyfriend back, even if he’s seeing a new girl but without making myself the other woman? I’ve been fumbling around with deciding if I should get my ex back or not lately and haven’t made up my mind yet. Before things got serious, he left me for another girl so it’s not like it was cheating although I still don’t like it anyways. Now that I have my license, I can see him much more now since I can drive (he lives 80 miles away so seeing him that often wasn’t possible). Can someone please explain what i should do if he texts or calls me and the no contact rule too? Is it even possible to do this? Because I don’t want to be the other woman but at the same time, I’d like to steal him back.

I don’t plan on stalking him, trust me I don’t have the time or money to waste on him like that.
He said that he wanted someone more intellectually and physically more challenging for him. Well, I’ve made those changes since we last spoke but mainly for my own self esteem and not him. Plus, like I said i’m not sure if getting him back is really what I want. Not only that, but if he wants to be with me, isn’t he going to have to change himself too?

i left my exgf (first love) after a big fight. I had it with 3 years of jealousy and i felt i wasn’t happy (she never seem to want to exercise with me or lose weight together, most of the time we just eat out). I didn’t realize that I was going after aI a girl while still in the relationship here studying aboard. I realized I made a mistake after 1 month, because I am about to leave soon at the end of the year. What’s worst is that I’ve slept with the new girl (she was a virgin) thinking it was the best way to move on. But I can’t now.

My exgf and I , I felt we were not meant to be, maybe that’s why I am not happy. But it was not right to just go on and cheat on her. I broke up with the new girl(she was in total shocked because I had her fall in love with me, and i was at the moment in love with her perhaps because I was taking anger out on her because of my recent fight). My exgf died two years ago when she was murdered by a group of men when she wouldn’t give up her purse. i believe i am in a rebound relationship (got together with a new girl after 2 weeks of a breakup). The new girl is sweet, but not the same as i felt with my ex gf. i just needed space with my ex so i can be with my friends. (FYI i am in a long distance relationship with my exgf) . my exgf was just too demanding and controlling over the phone, i felt i couldn’t be with my friends. so i needed space..after a bad fight ,i somehow got attach to the new girl, but i am leaving and heading back to the usa in 3 months. so not so sure about the new girl anymore

My relationship with my gf was getting out of hand, she gets jealous easily when we are away. Of course, I always tell her about who I am with and everything. One day I had it, fed up of 3 years.
