This is my first break up, and i have no idea what to do. I think i might have already messed it up for good because people just told me to do the opposite of what i think i should do. Which i i haven’t and its been a month. Is it now to late. I would give her some space like not try to talk to her for a week, but when i called her on the weekend she still wouldn’t pick up. I went to her house to see if maybe she wanted me to talk to her in person. She didnt open the door, i went the next day she still didn’t answer . i get home and shes canceled my friend request on FB. I told her to do that when she wanted me to leave her alone or if we were done for good. So now its been like 5 days and i haven’t talk to her. i feel like if she just gave me a one more chance i could prove to her that i’ve changed for the better. We were together for two years the one day about a month ago she cut it off because she thought we weren’t going to work out because of me. I’ve worked on fixing my problems since then. I’d just like a second chance to prove to her i can be a better Bf.

My husband and I have been married almost 4 years. It has been a rough 4 years but we have weathered many storms together. There have been fights and arguments and other stuff. He has been unfaithful in the past but I forgave him and gave him a second chance because I love my husband and I value my marriage. We were rushed into getting married. When I was introduced to his family, he and I had it set in our minds to get married 18 months from the time he proposed which would have been around mid-2009. His family said that if we were serious we should get married right away and his mother threw together a wedding in like 3 weeks. It was not what I wanted and was not happy with how things went. My husband, however, comforted me and told me that it didn’t matter to him because I was now his wife. Now, my husband is 7 years my junior. In the beginning, I didn’t want to even talk to him because he was so much younger than me but we had a lot in common. We took this quiz about can your marriage be saved. It’s been 3 weeks since he broke up with me. I’ve had everyone tell me that his reason for breaking up with me is an excuse that I should overlook it and move on. But the thing is, I really do like him. And as odd as it sounds, he’s my very first boyfriend . . . and well he gave me my first kiss. I dunno what to do, but I’ve been enjoying myself . . . going out and doing stuff. It’s just that every once in a while the whole thing pops in my head and gets me so heated. ):
When he broke up with me, he said it was because there was hardly any communication between us.
For one, I’m terribly shy (only in front of him grrr).
And I dunno what to do.
It’s like, when he broke up with me . . . it felt as though MAYBE just maybe he’d be willing to give me a second chance if we went back to being friends.
BUT the things he does aren’t all that nice.
It was like . . . what a couple days after we broke up that he asked some girl to prom.
Don’t get me wrong, she’s hella pretty but hey if that’s what he likes then go for it.
Tomorrow’s my birthday, and I asked him to come watch a movie with me and a couple of friends.
. . . and well he said yeah and flashed that one smile I could just die for.
It’s fuckin’ obvious I like him to this day.
But then, he’s going to college and it’s like I feel so used.
It’s like if he knew things would have gone this way why bother asking me to be his girl?
Damn.
And everyone’s telling me, D. just talk to him and be yourself.
This isn’t even half the story.
When I see him with his friends, he’s super duper smiling and stuff and he’s sooo loud like he’s maybe trying to get my attention.
I’ve asked my guy friends for advice and they’ve said that maybe he still likes me . . . I dunno.
But whatever happens tomorrow at the Senior Farewell Rally, which is on my birthday . . . it’s whatever.
I’m gonna have to prove it to him that I hella do like him.

There is a book called Second Chance Love or something like that and it says its gaureented to make your ex run back to you! Has anyone read any of these types of books or have any tips on how to make your ex WANT you back? Dos and Donts will be a big help too. Thanks a lot

What happened was, 2 weeks ago, she broke up with me. We were on very good terms, still talking and still hanging out with her, and she said theres a pretty good chance we could get back together.
