My ex and I have known each other for about 4 years now and broke up like 3 years ago, but have still remained really close friends since then. Whenever we hang out, he usually kisses me, cuddles, and holds my hand. Sometimes it feels like we are still going out, but I know that he doesn’t want to get back together. I am really confused.

he might have feelings for you still, but if he gets another girl, he’ll be out of there.
just talk to him about the situation.
Just forget about him. I know it takes time. You can see him but I think he still just want to think of you as a friend. If you do have a boyfriend then what the point of seeing him. If you don’t then you can still see your ex as friend. You go out and meet a lot of guys and go dating. Take care.
